The presenter did a great job presenting the material, however, not enough of the presentation directly addressed FMLA abuse. This is an advanced educational seminar. 1/3 of the presentation should not be a recap of what FMLA is. We only discussed 2-3 examples of FMLA abuse and they were very surface level. For the price of this webinar, it should be far more advanced and offering more practical and real life examples of FMLA. I walked away with virtually no new knowledge or insight at all.
