The presenter was sexist and ageist in some of her remarks and making very generalized statements. I found her information to be slightly out of date. It is also readily available online through a variety of sources, presented in a better informational method. A presenter should really know better about recommending one approach to old people and another to young people as well as different approached based on biological sex. Generalities do not apply to specific situations and some of her adivce would cause additional conflict rather than ease the situation down.

The information was practical, concise, and easy to implement. Examples helped to illustrate the concepts very well, and the presenter seemed very comfortable with the information she was presenting. Very useful and helpful seminar!

I think the material she covered was so vague that it almost wasn't very useful. Her webinar should be at least 1.5 to 2 hrs long in order to be of value and help the audience.

It would be very helpful if slide moved at the same pace as the presentation. I also could not see questions or comments that entered into the conversation from the meeting chat feature, which was distracting.

Do you have any other comments, questions or concerns?
This program was poorly organized. The handouts were incomplete, the presenter referencing pages that were not there. Further, there was no pagination so one could not tell if the issue was on the part of the presenter (it was) or the student (not). The presenter was constantly distracted by questions coming in, which satisfied that one person and left the rest of us off topic and confused. She was constantly whip lashed by comments and questions rendering her unable to stay on task and focus, leaving us with partially filled out sheets and missing information. This presenter needs a lesson on presenting, professionalism and attention. I am not going to answer your last question as I would advise you to clean up the act and not use this testimonial if you want to build your business.

I think it should have either been longer or broken into multiple sessions. She really did not have time to to cover all the material. It felt rushed.
