Effective listening is a critical leadership quality. The materials were okay, not great. The presenter was rushing and it was difficult to put together actionable notes. This was not my favorite Aurora training session.

I was very impressed with the amount of information Wendy packed into this presentation. For me, she went at the perfect pace, gave us helpful tools, and described what metrics were most important and why. I took a lot of notes and came away with many new ideas and metric tracking that I wanted to implement. This was a fantastic webinar!
