I enjoyed the program and appreciated the content; in our environment as a small non profit, we often forget we need to reiterate and recognize the efforts of our employees and give them "their time" to participate and feel ownership in the organization and to feel valued - versus mgmt assuming they "know". Seems easy but the reminder was right on time. Thank you
