I was expecting more than just a discussion on nexus. We know we have nexus in certain states, but was hoping to get information on managing the various states reporting requirements.

Not sure the first three areas noted in the advertisement were well discussed, as there was even a question from an attendee on the very first one, which then Steven moved onto a different topic anyways. Not a single slide over exempt sales, just a bullet on resale exempt. I understand the presenter was trying to cover a LOT of industries and a LOT of states, but was not worth the financial investment to this webinar and certainly not a useful, tangible reference document in the end.• Sales tax vs. Use tax• Supporting and reporting exempt sales • Using a resale certificate

The presenter discussed topics that weren't in the slides and the slides on some area's referenced a State and after it was just, again. If something is going to be discussed it should be in the handouts.

Unfortunately, this was not relevant to what I thought it would be - I needed information for the consumer standpoint, not the seller.

If there were actually links or contacts for sales and use tax info for each state. Sometimes it can be a nightmare trying to find the correct numbers.
