Managing an employee’s FMLA leave is complicated. Many managers suspect that an employee is “working the system” and taking part in FMLA abuse. Consider adding "Basic or Intro" to the title of this seminar as the content covered was fairly basic HR and Payroll practices related to PTO. If I watched this when I first started in HR, it would have been very helpful though.

Yes, 90 minutes is hard to schedule into the already busy day. Why not break up the information into 2 sessions, each 45 minutes or each 60 minutes on two different days.
