Managing an employee’s FMLA leave is complicated. Many managers suspect that an employee is “working the system” and taking part in FMLA abuse. Have you ever wondered – does this employee really need medical leave? What can I ask the employee about the leave? Can I require the employee to turn in a doctor’s note? Can I get a second opinion? This webinar will answer these and other questions and provide guidance on managing suspected FMLA abuse.

The content was good. More basic/general, but I liked how they used a case study to enhance the learning.

I really enjoyed the presentation. I thought the presenter made it easy to understand and the examples were true-to-life. We ran out of time - could have had a longer presentation.

This needed to be a 2 hour session. Very good material. The video was not the best quality. so missed out on some of what was being said.

Do you have any other comments, questions or concerns?
The title was misleading since it made it appear that investigations when performance issues are involved would be discussed. For me, it was a good review of the investigative process.

I enjoyed the presentation and the presenter. It was useful information and I learned a few new things. I just wish it was longer so that the presenter could have an adequate amount of time to go over all the slides.
