The One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB), enacted on July 4, 2025, introduces comprehensive reforms that will significantly reshape payroll practices, employee benefits, and workforce strategies for U.S. employers. These updates carry major implications for how businesses operate and support their teams, particularly in the areas of healthcare, taxation, and compliance.

In this expert-led webinar, you'll gain a deep understanding of what the OBBB means for your organization. Whether you're an HR leader navigating benefits planning, a business owner adjusting to new payroll structures, or a senior executive assessing strategic impact, this session will provide the clarity and practical guidance you need. Learn how to align with the latest legislative requirements while maximizing opportunities from new tax incentives and benefit provisions.

Topics Covered:
  • Medicaid and employer-sponsored health plans
  • Tax exclusions for overtime and tips
  • Changes to HSAs, FSAs, and telehealth coverage
  • Small business incentives for paid leave and childcare
  • Policy and compliance updates
Your Benefits for Attending:
  • Understand the Medicaid & Health Plan Reforms: Explore how the OBBB alters responsibilities for health and welfare plan sponsors, and what key Medicaid adjustments could affect your employee coverage strategy.
  • Apply New Payroll Provisions Correctly: Learn to navigate the new tax-free exclusions for overtime and tips — and avoid common employer errors in payroll compliance.
  • Adapt to Benefits Overhaul: Get a breakdown of the OBBB’s impact on HSAs, FSAs, telehealth, and high-deductible health plans, with expert advice on necessary adjustments to your benefit offerings.
  • Maximize Small Employer Tax Credits: Discover how your business can benefit from new incentives related to childcare, paid leave, and CHOICE plans tailored for smaller organizations.
  • Enhance Compliance and Minimize Risk: Identify critical policy updates, risk areas, and communication strategies to maintain compliance and avoid costly penalties.

This webinar is your chance to get ahead of the curve. Gain the insights you need to protect your business, optimize your employee offerings, and confidently navigate this new legislative landscape.

We didn't really touch on the point of this session. While it's important to learn the basics of what FMLA is and such, we didn't touch much how to audit. The more prepared we can be, the better. It would've been nice to receive tips on how to audit our own files and tips on how to maintain documentation through the year in case of being audited. This wasn't worth $150+ to relearn what FMLA is and where to find the documentation.

I really enjoy how interactive the presentation was conducted. As well the materials provided. I encounter a lot of difficultly remembering spoken only items. Providing the presentation and materials that i reference and create notes on top off is by far incredibly useful in terms of retention! Especially since sometimes i have trouble hearing/understanding.
