I have taken several webinars through Aurora Training Advantage now. In all of them, the presenter spoke extremely slowly and without much inflection. It has felt like I my time might be better spent just reading the materials. The engagement is minimal, limited to a few survey questions and a question and answer session at the end. I am finding these to be very dry, one-sided, and not terribly engaging. The information is helpful and important, but the presentation has left me feeling unimpressed.

The training was ok overall but the instructor seemed to be straight reading the course and it was challenging to stay engaged. Personally I've heard the whole SMART goal setting info a hundred times but I'm sure it was helpful for someone who was not familiar.

This training session's description led me to believe that I would learn techniques for helping me with making myself more efficient. The information that I was interested in was towards the end of the presentation. The presenter took a lot of time in the beginning and rushed through the end.

I would like the training to have a little more upbeat to it. I felt as if the contact was great but there was a time when I was getting lost in thoughts because it was the too mild tone.

The content of the webinar was different from what I expected. I was anticipating a focus on time management, a greater focus on dealing with organizing an extreme number of competing tasks. I feel that the class instead was focused on project management. I signed up because I have far more tasks and things requirements of me than I would ever have time to do. I was already familiar with project management techniques and did not think that was what I signed up for. I did not think the tagline of "Are you buried in paper or electronic clutter?" (which was what attracted me) was addressed. I expected tools to organize my inbox, voicemails, and day. The information provided was accurate, but not new or helpful to me. The pace of the class was slow. I am overwhelmed because my job expectations far overrun any reasonable capacity, and am looking for tools to increase or automate capacity.

Unfortunately, I didn't really get much out of this one. I was really hoping for some 'out-of-the-box' thinking or new ideas, and this fell really short. Also, the technical issues didn't help.

I've attended many webinars for Aurora and this one was by far the worst one. The presenter was monotone, seemed scripted like she was reading and speaking the words for the first time the in the presentation. I definitely will not sign up for another presentation she presents as I would have been better off utilizing my time in another manner.

This just wasn't what I was hoping it would be. It's not that the information wasn't good, it's that a lot of it was not applicable. Sometimes the overwhelm is because you can never follow your plan due to others no matter how much you try to build in for that.Additionally, I missed a key definition during the presentation, it would have been nice to have questions answered.
