I think it was a great presentation for HR beginners. I was mostly interested with information pertaining to an audit - when we reviewed the checklist this was beneficial.

This training was a refresher for me and reassured that we are handling FMLA request and files correctly. The presenter was very informative on the topic and she made it very clear to follow DOL forms to stay on track and helps to avoid legal issues. I would recommend this training for new employees in HR and Senior employees for updates. Great training!

I am concerned that the presenter would make a comment about how those with disabilities would make better employees v. those who are not.
