In addition, the same products are routinely taxed differently, resulting in more challenges. You need to stay fully compliant with all tax laws, including those affecting sales and use tax. Learn how to stay fully compliant while saving your company or organization money.

In this course, industry expert and corporate tax attorney Steven D. Mercatante Esq. takes a look at some of the more common problems experienced by CPAs, accounts payable, and tax departments related to remitting state-level Sales & Use requirements.

Do you have any other comments, questions or concerns?
I felt that the information presented was too broad in scope and that specific information was only available if you paid for it from the presenter. If I pay a fee of several hundreds of dollars for a class, I dislike being asked to spend more to get specifics on the broad strokes presented in the class.

It seems that this was geared more toward retailers, which was not immediately clear in the description of the course. Had I been aware of this focus, I would not have purchased the course as we're a public utility. Very little, if any, of the content was relevant to us.

Needs to be more visuals on the powerpoint. Listening to someone talk for 90 mins without a visual representation was hard to follow. Also, hard to follow when the presenter seemingly walked away from his computer a lot and it was harder to hear him.
