Consider adding in ideas on how to support Gen Z when Gen Z is working in a personal care type of industry (child/elder care). Notes that discuss Gen Z's strengths with tech are helpful but not helpful for those who work in the direct care industries i.e. work from home is not an option for direct care roles. I.e. If we can't offer work from home what else could we offer to meet Gen Z expectations.

I think you could have waited awhile before throwing this webinar out there. The presenter was pretty biased in her assumptions and i couldnt take her seriously after that. I mean yes we all have our beliefs about this president and our feelings but that doesnt belong in a learning environment. lets talk about facts and not hypotheticals. This course was a waste of my time.
