The seminar was a good overview; a second webinar could build on that.

I do appreciate the interactivity with the audience, however it took up quite some time and we barely scratched the surface of de-escalation skills. Would be great to have webinars on each specific section to really deep dive, especially if the presenter will be taking questions/reading comments throughout the presentation.

Never been a fan of webinar style presentations, but this one was even less attractive to me because we couldn't see the presenter. For me, no matter how enthusiastic the presenter talks, if I can't see them, I will easily lose focus, or get distracted. Also, the content was so interesting, and informative but it felt rushed, due to time constraints. Being able to practice/role play/engage solidifies the knowledge much better.
