Carol Cambridge is the Founder of The Stay Safe Project, an international conference speaker & workplace violence expert. It was unfortunate that Carol had to rush through the content, as she was trying to narrow a four-plus-hour presentation to one hour. However, she was very clear, had thoughtful answers to questions, and has an obvious grasp of her subject matter.

The materials presented were limited due to the time. I believe this should be a 2 hour event to cover more details. She is correct, we are living in times where more and more are frustrated. A topic such as this is becoming a necessary skill set and should go further in details.
