This was one of the most useful courses that I have taken in a long time. The subject matter was more relevant than ever since email is our main source of communication. The tips that KJ offered were excellent. Not only did she talk about how to improve our formatting and content of the email itself, but she also targeted areas within the MS Outlook program that would help us be more efficient in the creation of them as well. I could have stayed tuned longer because it really captivated my attention. Additionally, KJ was very interactive with the attendees and although it was a webinar, I felt that I was amongst the group and felt more engaged. I recommend this course and instructor.
