Marie, an author, mentor and subject matter expert, holds multiple certifications and can help you become better trained as well. Her articles in Executive Support magazine have proven perennially popular.

She has more than two decades of experience as an administrative professional and efficiency consultant.  She became a SCORE certified business mentor in 2021 and loves helping others to achieve their dreams of entrepreneurship and craft their ideal lives.  

Marie teaches webinars and seminars on various technology and professional development topics and also provides highly-respected online certification study groups for the Microsoft Office Specialist and Certified Administrative Professional exams.

I think she could of done more things in Outlook besides quicksteps, and rules.

I think it would of been helpful to say what the training was going to cover because I didnt need a deep dive into rules, moves, and cleanups, etc. I was expecting to learn newer features and more on calendaring. I didnt feel like it was a good use of my time or money unfortunately.

i hoped I receved the handouts before the presentation. I felt it was too fast for me and could not follow too much details which I think will be relevant to my daily tasks.

The ins and outs of Outlook did not at all describe what the webinar was about. They started out with advanced features it was over my head immediately.

The webinar was visually based on the older view of Outlook. It would have been nice to see the new view as that is what defaults upon installation now. Thanks!
