Mary S. Schaeffer is the founder of AP Now, a B2B organization focused on creating business intelligence around the accounts payable and payment functions. I had a very pleasant experience joining this webinar to learn insights and best practices that can potentially improve the company expense reimbursement process. It is also exceptionally empowering to know the struggles that I had are common and can be taken seriously with proper approaches.

Presenter began this class rather negatively. Attended with two AP Team employees and they were quite taken aback. Our objective was to gain something from this class we could talk about to improve our process but felt our company and its established processes and procedures have eliminates the majority of things that were pointed out. We left feeling dissatisfied for learning something new but very satisfied with where our company stands compared to examples presented in the class.
