I've taken several of these classes on 1099's, a lot of this material is simple repeated in another seminar with a different title. For example the seminar on Getting the IRS Penalties Waived is the same information in the other 1099 and W-9 seminars. With very little info on the actual title of the seminar. I thought it would have more information about the process with the IRS to waive penalties.
