Sound was an issue for us. We were using our computers and at times we could not hear him. There was some material that was not "common" and could have been skipped to go into a little more detail on some of the most common experiences.

The presenter took more time at the beginning of the presentation, so seemed pressed for time and was rushing through materials at the end. The information at the end was what I was mostly interested in.
