The description of the webinar lead us to believe the presentation would better enable us to review/complete W-8 and W-9 forms. It would have been enhanced if a form was actually used and fully dissected rather than the powerpoint with words which could have been an attachment material to the presentation.

Although the seminar was to discuss new additions to the W-8 & W-9 IRS forms. I was expecting to go over the form line by line or at least the more complicated parts go into a little more detail. Treaties and withholding. Would appreciate it if you could send me a copy of the presentation. Thanks,
