Not sure if I just didn't read enough about the objectives, but I was looking for a perspective on what items are subject to sales tax. I'm preparing for a use tax audit and want to know what purchases I need to be evaluating or what I can argue. THe entire presentation was about nexus.

I was hoping it would go into more depth about when to collect the W-9s for 1099 reporting but it seemed to focus primarily on the W-8 which doesn't apply. Maybe I didn't read the course description clearly enough...
