Pieces of it felt like a sales pitch for other materials of the presenter, never a fan of that.

Program was more basic than I expected and not quite up to the full class description. I would have like more concrete takeaways on how to have the conversations - the one handout on how to answer employee questions was extremely useful. I was expecting more information like that, and less about general compensation principles and equity statitics. I did find the presenter engaging enough to listen to and easy to follow, even though I had different expectations about what the content would be.
