I like the context before getting into the training, (stats and importance), I would have liked recommendations, referral or link to a different training on how to address if the prerequisite issues exist before beginning to coach.

Presenter spent a lot of time on employment law, which although important and valuable, was not called out on objectives of the training. I wish more time had been spent on other noted objectives. I did appreciate some of the law links she provided though. Overall great training.
