I was very impressed with the amount of information Wendy packed into this presentation. For me, she went at the perfect pace, gave us helpful tools, and described what metrics were most important and why. I took a lot of notes and came away with many new ideas and metric tracking that I wanted to implement. This was a fantastic webinar!

A little more time for Q&A would have been helpful. I also thought it was mentioned that the slides were given prior to the webinar, but I did not see anything where I could have printed out ahead of time.
