Following the enactment of the ADAAA, the law which made sweeping changes to the ADA, employers were required to refocus their ADA compliance efforts on the interactive process under the ADA- the sometimes lengthy dialogue with employees – to determine whether there is any reasonable accommodation which would allow the employee to perform the essential functions of the employee’s job. Since the enactment of the ADAAA, the EEOC and the courts have continued to redefine the full extent of the rights and duties of both employees and employers. This webinar will assist employers in understanding those obligations, and provide practical ways in which employers can reduce risk, increase legal compliance and better manage the productivity of their employees.

I just thought that she didn't mention what specific documents should be retained in certain situations. For example: There was a paragraph about how long to retain I-9 Documents but that paragraph never mentioned it was referring to I-9 documents. That was easy to figure out but others were not.

just reading from a bunch of slides is not very inviting. maybe show the person talking next to the slides or have some other slides that go along with the speaker reading her information. Just reading the slide that the person can read is hard to keep the attention. Slides can show (how to's ) to go along with what you are explaining. Good info just boring to watch a printed script. She didn't even deviate with examples that were not printed on the page. But Lots of good information.

The questions at the end were very helpful however more time was needed to answer questions. If the questions and answers could be sent out by email, it would be great.

This was a very informative session in terms of content, but the presenter simple read each slide aloud and added some generic info. I would have preferred something more interactive, or just send me the slide deck and I can read it on my own.

I didn't rate this well only because my power went out early into the webinar and I was kicked out right when she was discussing the I-9 requirements. Can I get a copy of the presentation? It was very good up until that point. The storms in CA are causing many power outages.
