Filing your EEO-1 forms each year can feel like a high-stakes puzzle, but we’re here to make it simpler. Whether you have a workforce of 100+ employees or are a federal contractor with 50+ employees, meeting the annual requirements doesn’t have to be overwhelming. EEO-1 forms help categorize your workforce by gender and race/ethnicity within mandatory job groups—information that not only ensures compliance but also supports meaningful diversity and inclusion efforts.

Your Benefits For Attending:
  • Determine Which Companies Must File: Understand exactly who is required to submit EEO-1 forms, from large employers to federal contractors and first-tier subcontractors.
  • Select the Right EEO-1 Forms: Compare the different EEO-1 filing options, along with the pros and cons of each, so you can choose the best fit for your organization.
  • Identify and Collect the Necessary Data: Break down which demographic details you need to gather—by job category, gender, race, and ethnicity—to keep reporting accurate and complete.
  • Learn How Government Agencies Use the Reports: Explore how the EEOC and OFCCP analyze EEO-1 data, and discover why precise reporting is vital.
  • Leverage the Data for D&I and Beyond: See how you can use EEO-1 insights to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, conduct compensation self-audits, and enhance overall workplace equity.

Note: The 2025 deadlines for covered employers to report 2024 data have not yet been announced. In past years, reporting has opened between April and October.

I really, really like the handouts. It makes this easier to take notes on and refer back to.

There was a lot of information about bias that took up the majority of the presentation. I understand this is an important aspect of the job posting process, but it was a very entry-level presentation for recruiters/HR pros that are beginning their career. I recommend that a training on biases is separate than job postings, notifications, and company liabilities. There was a lack on content for all three of the training's title. I was expecting this to be more relevant to the way job postings are written and what certain states require. The blog she referenced was published in 2023 and many laws have changed since then.

I don't think she took a breath throughout the presentation! LOL She is a quick talker, but I appreciate the content and her enthusiasm.
