Cynthia C. Keaton, SHRM-SCP is a senior human resources executive and consultant with extensive experience leading HR strategy, operations, and transformation across a range of industries including government, manufacturing, life sciences, and heavy equipment. Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).

The handout did not match the presentation, so it was difficult to following along with the present and handout. Next time make sure documents are the same version (Presentation vs Handout)

Very important subject matter and helpful information. In a way it validated much of what I already know and I was hoping for a deeper dive in best practices PTO Policy examples and how best to align a PTO policy with the company objectives and competitive position. Maybe like a couple of case studies I would have found helpful.
