"If you have a program where we need to take notes then speaking slower would be helpful. Found it hard to keep up with all the points while writing the notes."

"The clarity of the audio was not that great for me. Captioning would have made it much better. At times it seemed like presenter was reading too fast, and I couldn't write and process what was being said at the same time."

"I never received any materials in advance. The slides in the presentation appeared to be half completed. I don't know if that was intentional, but it was quite distracting and made it a bit hard to follow."

"A lot of content we were familiar with from having read the Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Felt a little basic. Not very engaging or insightful. Was looking for something deeper than an acronym. Some of the content was a good refresher, but nothing really groundbreaking here. Had three senior managers attend and all were rolling their eyes."

Do you have any other comments, questions or concerns?
"All of the content was relevant and easy to understand and follow. The pace was a little off both slow and fast. While it did sound like the facilitator was talking too slow, it also felt like the pace was too fast while writing the notes in the guide. 2 suggestions to help with this: 1. When going through each step that has a number next to the point, either say the number aloud before starting a new point OR say 'next' or something similar. This way there is a cue of what bullet the participant is filling in, and when. 2. I would suggest speeding up the pace when sharing information, and a little more structure around points that should be written in the participant guide.Either this or a little more fill in the blank in the guide, and a little less fill in the whole point. Overall, I absolutely thought the class had good content, and for a one hour class it was executed effectively and will have an impact on those individuals that can't seem to get on board with holding their employees accountable, but really want/need to."
