The timbre of the presenter's voice was really uncomfortable to listen to. It literally hurt my ears. Or maybe it was the unnatural reading that made it uncomfortable, but I will make a point to try to avoid future webinars by this presenter, unfortunately regardless of topic. :(

Good information overall, however, the survey questions were problematic and had duplicate choices; also, there were formatting errors on some of the presentation pages. That doesn't speak well for the presenter of a webinar on planning and organization. Sorry to be picky, but it's important...those things are a distraction to participants.

Each poll had errors in it so they weren't helpful. Duplicate answers and options not available. Also, the watermark on every slide was very distracting and made it hard to read some slides. It also cheapened the appearance of the class so you might want to remove it. It's unnecessary.
