An experienced litigator and wage and hour guru, Marty Heller is a partner in the firm's Atlanta office and is a core member of the firm’s wage and hour practice group.  Marty brings together a combination of litigation abilities and detailed compliance knowledge to try to solve your wage and hour problems before they hit the media and your company’s bottom-line.

I think the presenter could have used just a little more time. The last few slides were a little more rushed but not too bad.

My only advice on this topic would be for more focus on the importance of well-written "essential job functions." People in Talent Acquisition viewing this training need to understand how to navigate potential ADA circumstances in the interview stage and this training focused primarily on existing employees with ADA related needs.
