Mary S. Schaeffer is the founder of AP Now, a B2B organization focused on creating business intelligence around the accounts payable and payment functions. The information presented was almost exactly what was in the PP. I didn't need to attend the webinar. It would be nice to go a bit more in-depth. Maybe take a few things off the agenda to stay within the specified timeframe. Just my opinion.

The presenter left many of the questions she herself raised, open ended without clarity on the way forward. It is just not sufficient to raise issues, the presenter should also provide answers. I noted that during the entire presentation various issues were raised but only few had answers.
