I thought the presenter was very good. The information though some of it was repetitive, but some of it was very informative like vendors going with Venmo, etc for payments. Would like speaker to go more indept into fraud more. I feel there was not enough time of some of those areas.Also I would love to have the slide presentation sent to me. Yes I know you could print to the computer desk top but an email with the slides would have been nice.

Question 6 - I think 90 minutes would have been more suitable so that the presenter could delve a bit more deeply into some subjects, such as OFAC and invoice automation.Question 7 - I was not aware that there were prerequisites. I was familiar with many of the terms used in the presentation due to my previous employment in the back office of a credit union. My colleague who attended yesterday's presentation with me was unfamiliar with some of the content. Overall, this was a nice introduction to the material.
