Do you have different presenters or do you use the same gentleman for each? I would have liked more definitions per each slide that could be geared towards general business practices. I felt this presenter primarily read the presentation more than gave more insight to each individual topic.

If anyone took this class that is already a 'buyer' learned anything, then they probably shouldn't have the job they had. This presentation was also extremely outdated.
