This is such a comprehensive topic that I think there should be a Part 2 after attendees have had an opportunity to digest the material and determine relevance to their specific organization.

The presenter merely read the powerpoint which quite frankly I can do myself. I didn't learn anything substantive that I could've researched on my own. The presenter's coughing was not a professional presentation of the objectives of this webinar.

I wanted more practical advise than straight legal statements which the presenter read from the PowerPoint. The Presenter was too sick to present. She coughed through the event to the extent that I was worried about her survival.
