Teri Morning, MBA, MS, SPHR, SPHR-CA is the President of her own HR Consulting firm and Principal Partner in a new company HindsightHR 2013 Employee Relations and Investigation Management software. She has over 15 years human resource and training experience in a variety of professional fields, including finance, retail, distribution, architectural, engineering, consulting, manufacturing (union), public sector and both profit and non-profit company structures. She has consulted with employers on their problems and trained managers and employees for over 10 years; enjoying meeting and working with employees from all types of businesses across the country. In addition to a MBA, Teri has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development with a specialization in Conflict Management. She was certified by the State of Indiana in mediation skills, is qualified as a Myers-Briggs practitioner, and is a member of SHRM, holding the dual SHRM certification of a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources 2013 California (SPHR-CA). Teri recently finished certifications in IT Management and Financial Counseling.

I thought this was what an employer had to do but there was more about the different type of horses and all the big airline cases and not enough on what I would have to do as an employer.

The presenter kept things lively -- for a 90-minute webinar, that's important. Thanks. A final screen appeared asking if we wanted to become a member . . . a member of what? There was no logo, no other text, etc. Was that for the presenter? Aurora Training? something else? Lastly, PLEASE do not bombard me with marketing emails. More than one every 2-3 weeks is too much. Thanks.

Good overall but not great. Too much time spent on companion pets, pet-friendly workplace issues, and storytelling. I was looking for deeper content on laws and best practices regarding Service & Emotional Support animals in the workplace. For $219, hoped for more content to keep employers on the right side of the law and away from legal actions! Thanks
