Teri Morning, MBA, MS, SPHR, SPHR-CA is the President of her own HR Consulting firm and Principal Partner in a new company HindsightHR 2013 Employee Relations and Investigation Management software. She has over 15 years human resource and training experience in a variety of professional fields, including finance, retail, distribution, architectural, engineering, consulting, manufacturing (union), public sector and both profit and non-profit company structures. She has consulted with employers on their problems and trained managers and employees for over 10 years; enjoying meeting and working with employees from all types of businesses across the country. In addition to a MBA, Teri has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development with a specialization in Conflict Management. She was certified by the State of Indiana in mediation skills, is qualified as a Myers-Briggs practitioner, and is a member of SHRM, holding the dual SHRM certification of a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources 2013 California (SPHR-CA). Teri recently finished certifications in IT Management and Financial Counseling.

Coming from the ADA side of learning, the training was very general We were hoping for a deeper dive. A lot of time was spent on horses and what size they were vs. what they were used for... etc. Thank you.

Loved the presenter and thought the information that was shared was great. Would have loved more of a focus on the employer obligations for service animals. Overall very much enjoyed the presentation.

It would have been nice if the presenter could have reviewed (a bit) the differences in the state regulations. However, the presenter kept the pace and presented the topic in a very upbeat manner. She did a good job!

She needs to back of her political soapbox and get off the garbage southern charm. Not all of her information was correct. I got very frustrated so I left webinar early.
