Teri Morning, MBA, MS, SPHR, SPHR-CA is the President of her own HR Consulting firm and Principal Partner in a new company HindsightHR 2013 Employee Relations and Investigation Management software. She has over 15 years human resource and training experience in a variety of professional fields, including finance, retail, distribution, architectural, engineering, consulting, manufacturing (union), public sector and both profit and non-profit company structures. She has consulted with employers on their problems and trained managers and employees for over 10 years; enjoying meeting and working with employees from all types of businesses across the country. In addition to a MBA, Teri has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development with a specialization in Conflict Management. She was certified by the State of Indiana in mediation skills, is qualified as a Myers-Briggs practitioner, and is a member of SHRM, holding the dual SHRM certification of a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources 2013 California (SPHR-CA). Teri recently finished certifications in IT Management and Financial Counseling.

I have attended other webinars with this presenter and this time it seemed as if she struggled with the set up. The presenter seemed a little disorganized with handling the slides. The content on the slides were too much or one slide had content on top of graphics that made it hard to read.

The facilitation and delivery was fair. The content was more basic than anticipated. The system piece was extremely poor and frustrating. The facilitator continued to accidentally place on mute throughout the webinar. Encountered several system issues where audio would cut out.

Didn't seem worth it for the price. I would have liked to have gotten a handout or slides or printed information on the laws mentioned instead of her telling us to google them.

Was sorry it ran a little over. Wanted to be sure to get all the information it was so good. Did put me behind for my next meeting. I really enjoy this presenter and think she does helpful and informative presentations!
