Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

"We had a group listen to the webinar. Excellent topic that the managers need to understand. The Feedback was that the material was good in general but went a little slow. They would have preferred an hour program and more specific hands on examples of use. In future we will probably have me listen to the program, condense the material and have it more interactive with the managers. They wanted more specific take-aways they could put to immediate use."
