Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

"I understand the set up that took the first 30 - 40 minutes, but really wanted to spend more time on the meat of the presentation. As HR pros and recruiting pros, we know what the issues and costs are as well as the importance of making good hires. I was hoping for learning more about behavioral interviewing than what I already knew. This is coming from a guy who has only been in HR and recruiting for about 9 months. FYI"
