Instead of being concerned with company leave policies and workers’ compensation claims; employers now have to consider a host of other laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Consider adding "Basic or Intro" to the title of this seminar as the content covered was fairly basic HR and Payroll practices related to PTO. If I watched this when I first started in HR, it would have been very helpful though.

Yes, 90 minutes is hard to schedule into the already busy day. Why not break up the information into 2 sessions, each 45 minutes or each 60 minutes on two different days.
