Would have liked to see more of an overview of Outlook functionality & integrations with calendar, tasks, zoom meetings, etc. This was a little too technical and didn't cover enough topics.

I didn't realize this was essentially a beginner's course. There were a number of things shown that I wouldn't do, since I don't automate my emails and have to really read everything I get to assess if I need to do something or redirect it. Much of what was presented/most of the information was already known to me or it was not relevant to the work that I do.
