Bob Verchota is owner and senior consultant for RPVerchota & Associates, a consulting firm providing services to clients who seek to align their business and employees, creating successful outcomes and excellent work environments. After 30+ years in Human Resources and Operations senior leadership roles and teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in Leadership and Organizational Development, Bob transitioned to using his experience and skills in consulting.

 Mr. Verchota provides solutions to companies for a wide variety of HR issues including training and development, compensation, compliance, policy development, performance management, employee relations and managing change from mergers and acquisitions or project specific disruptions of the status quo.

 Bob has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, and doctoral work (ABD) in Organizational Development. Les slides and more diving into the content and action. I felt rushed over with too many slides and very little actionable items with supporting information.

Seemed like a lot of it was just read from the slides, we were hoping for more ways to help retain rather than stats and statistics. We did get a few different ideas from it however.

The webinar provided great information, towards the middle of the presentation i lost the volume I'm not sure if that was just me. I questioned it on the chat but didn't get a response so i had to call in.

There were some slides where the presenter went too quickly. I do realize that the slides will be sent to us but I do like to take notes during the presentation. Mostly towards the end when the topic of sharing with leaders was presented.
