Bob Verchota is owner and senior consultant for RPVerchota & Associates, a consulting firm providing services to clients who seek to align their business and employees, creating successful outcomes and excellent work environments. After 30+ years in Human Resources and Operations senior leadership roles and teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in Leadership and Organizational Development, Bob transitioned to using his experience and skills in consulting.

 Bob has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, and doctoral work (ABD) in Organizational Development. I appreciate the opportunity to attend today's session. Showing only slides and no people on screen for 90 minutes was excruciating. Similarly, there was no interactivity during the presentation, which could easily have been an email with documents shared. I was hopeful about the experience but wouldn't want to participate in another webinar like this.

I enjoy the programs immensely but would appreciate if the presenters could stay within the allotted time for each class as many of us have other meetings. We lose out on information when we need to sign off before the presenter finishes because they went over the allotted time.
