Bob Verchota is owner and senior consultant for RPVerchota & Associates, a consulting firm providing services to clients who seek to align their business and employees, creating successful outcomes and excellent work environments. After 30+ years in Human Resources and Operations senior leadership roles and teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in Leadership and Organizational Development, Bob transitioned to using his experience and skills in consulting.

 Mr. Verchota provides solutions to companies for a wide variety of HR issues including training and development, compensation, compliance, policy development, performance management, employee relations and managing change from mergers and acquisitions or project specific disruptions of the status quo.

 Bob has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, and doctoral work (ABD) in Organizational Development. The title of the course was HR 101 for New Managers and Supervisors, had I been a new manager and did not have an HR background most of what was talked about would not have made any sense to me. He went to fast and the information was not geared to anyone without a prior HR background. I was hoping to get some information from it to be able to create a training for my managers and supervisors and I did not get anything out of it.

I would like a copy of the sample exit interview the speaker stated he would share. This was my first training to attend, and the presentation touched on many helpful topics. I look forward to attending other trainings.
