I was a little dissatisfied with the presenter - her voice cracked most of the presentation, such that she was reading too fast, she couldn't catch her breath, and it was very hard to follow most of the time, so she was hard to hear and/or understand. But the information was spot on.

I am new to HR and very early stages of learning. Susan was great at covering the basics and other agenda items. She did talk a bit fast but luckily the slide deck was provided since I couldn't keep with note taking.
