The information provided was useful however, there was no interaction. Presenter read the booklet/forms that were given to us with hardly any examples of the topic being discussed. Interaction with the presenter as well as the rest of the participants may have helped to make this training topics more clear.

I find it deeply disturbing this presenter stated that she had no idea why women and PoC employees would want to work from home more than being in the office. This speaks to a disconnect in data that should have been obtained prior to presenting. Given the cultural and political climate of our country, and indeed, the world, perhaps the presenter should more closely examine the DEI components of what makes working from home and/or telecommuting a better alternative for minority groups - to say nothing of the demographics of veterans, people with disabilities, queer and other marginalized groups.

We are trying to implement a remote work policy so this was very helpful. I will take this information and use it to help write our policy.
