because of the subject matter more time should have been allotted for this training; at least a full 30 minutes for question after the presentation time.

It should have been a 120 minute webinar instead of 90 minutes. The organization of the FMLA and ADA could have been better. It would have been good to have samples of workflow sheets and comparison tables to explain the similarities and differences of the FMLA and ADA

For the amount of information presented, 90 minutes was not sufficient and the presenter had to go too fast which hindered note taking and comprehension. It would have been an issue if I wasn't a seasoned HR professional to already have known most of the material. Would have liked to have had more time on FMLA with real life examples/scenarios. There was not enough time at the end for questions, and to have to pull them together and get them emailed meant no response, and the presenter said she is busy and it could be a while before she can reply to the emails. And finally, a somewhat minor thing, but there were numerous typos on the slides that gave the perception of less than professionally put together.

It was great information, just wished it was a half an hour longer and it went a little slower the pace, for comprehension.

I thought the material was great but she was presenting too fast. Maybe allow this class to be 2hrs opposed to 1.5hrs.
