I would have appreciated some interactive portion of the webinar to test my previous knowledge of the ADA requirements. If only to gauge what I had learned by the end of the webinar. Excellent information as the webinar stands and a very comprehensive presentation.

I joined the webinar 4 minutes late and was told by Kathleen Colon that I do not qualify to receive recertification credits because I was not in attendance the entire time...what kind of bullshit is that? Most of the opening comments and introductions are not relevant to the content anyway. Poorly done Aurora Training Advantage...couldn't be more disappointed right now.
