In the email I received to provide feedback, it didn't state which session I was to evaluate. I was a little confused in that I attended two sessions in the same day. It would be helpful if either the email or the survey form explained which session I'm evaluating. That said, I feel the description of the session was a little misleading. I assumed basic dress appearance issues would be covered and instead the focus was mainly on appearance as it related to religious beliefs. I would like to see a session that is more general in nature.

I just felt like most of the materials/information provided is easily found online. I would have really like to get into more depth of:What should employers look at when considering off duty conduct. What type of policies should be considered/addressed.How does laws/policies support to handle off duty conduct.Maybe help defining what she termed as "bottom line" . what should we consider as an employer.

The subject of this Webinar was very interesting (and relevant)to me and I was looking forward to attending, however, the format was quite dull. It was not a good use of time to have to listen to the presenter just read word-for-word what the slides said. I could have done that. The information was good and it would have been even better if it was embellished by our live presenter.

When going over cases we were not informed of the outcome just as an FYI. Left us guessing
