I felt that this was geared more toward legal folks or compliance officers. Hard to understand for regular HR or Benefits professional or layperson. Needed some legal-speak terms defined. Got lost in some of that.

The information included was good but it felt like the presenter was reading the slides verbatim and didn't go into detail into all of the topics (like how to use / mitigate usage of SNS in recruiting), it was very heavy on lawsuits.
